Abstract
The experiment was to study fugacious mien of RC and RL circuits by exposeing the shape of curve in charging and discharging process. two capacitor and inductor are widely used in daily life such as radio tune up and rectification. The result indicates that capacitor heads up and discharges exponentially. Inductor alike behaves in a similar way. Also, the term judgment of conviction constant is also determined in the experiment in coordinate to bring out whether it can indicate the fixed percentage of the final settle down value in discharging and charging process. In addition, inductor has resistive persona dissipates active and reactive power. In conclusion, this report is used to show the shape of the charging and discharging process of first-order transient circuit and the characteristic of time constant in this circuit.

Introduction
The purpose of this experiment is to study the transient behaviors of RC and RL circuit with DC supply.
A capacitor is a nonoperational electronic component consisting of a pair of conductors separated by a di galvanic.

When a potential difference exists across the conductors, an electric field is set up in the dielectric. The circuit figure is shown under:
An ideal capacitor is characterized by a private constant value, capacitance, which is measured in farads. This is the ratio of the electric charge on each conductor to the potential difference betwixt them.
An inductor or a reactor is a passive electrical component that can store cypher in a magnetic field created by the electric menses passing through it. An inductors ability to store magnetic energy is measured by its inductance, in units of henries.

The circuit symbol is shown below:
An ideal inductor has inductance, but no resistance or capacitance, and does not dissipate...If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
