When I hear the word discrimination, the first word that comes into my mind is injustice. Injustice amidst rich and poor, between white and colored, between Christians and other religions, and umteen more. Discrimination is al bearings a power exertion, and as always, at that place is the superior or the norm and the inferior or the unconventional.

Yes, discrimination is still, and perhaps will foralways and a day be, part of our society. In our country alone, youll see the power struggle between the rich and poor, how even the law favors the rich. In this world, the cattle ranch between the rich and the poor is for constantly increasing.

Personally and thankfully, I, myself, have never been subjected to discrimination. I dont know anyone who has been discriminated personally, but Ive hear stories and watched them in the news and documentaries. All I know is, placing myself in their shoes, I would probably have a very mortified esteem and trust in other people.

Id like to think that I have never discriminated anyone, at least not wittingly and intentionally. I firmly believe in the golden rein Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Also, my parents taught me well enough to respect everyone, and treat them evenly.
