My drive is from Mexico, moved to Guatemala a week by and by marrying my father in Mexico city, my father, a only child, raised in a rural place by his grandparents in a small town of Guatemala, none of them with any information regarding schools and educational choices.
I have had many different experiences with language in two different areas. Since my parents decided to enroll me in a German speaking school, just beca practise the sons of my godparents were already enrolled in that accompaniment school.
I spent 14 years of my life in an Austrian Institute, were I started to attend, when I was 4 years old, I heard the German language all morning and set about of the afternoons. Since all my teachers were from Austria and all my sectionalisationes were in German with exemption of the grammar class and social studies in Spanish. that was fine and normal for me, I did not feel any difficulty learning another language, until I was 11 years old, when I realized I had to aim room in my brain for a third language.
In that moment, I felt deeply wounded, I was so use to the German language, that side of meat was for me like a staving on my back.
My mother sent me for two years after school for redundant lessons in English, first with a private teacher she erect were the devil lost his tale, by the way, the placed smelled like sulfur, I think it was just coincidence.
After writing a peck notebook with grammar rules for the English language and not getting withal one point in improvement in my English note, my mother decided we had breathe enough sulfur for that year, so she sent me to the government University, were they had a program of English, for anybody that wanted to wise to(p) English as a second language.
This was a release different experience from the one I had before. I was 12 years old, and all my class mates were at least 10 years older than me.
