Here is the report concerning the ethical standards for monitoring employees in the workplace. Past incidences at various other companies as tumesce as their new monitoring policies were examined and techniques were identified.
The report shows the different areas that businesses are exposed to employee misconduct that can result in good consequences including loss of consumer trust, lawsuits, and possibly bankruptcy. Different strategies are discussed to monitor employees without breaching the morals of good business. A recommendation is made for policies to be position in place to monitor email, internet use, and phone activity.
